Thank you for choosing Aurora Studios for your photo and video production needs. By booking our facilities, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We encourage you to read them thoroughly. These terms govern your access to and use of our studio spaces, equipment, and any related services.

1. Booking and Reservations

All studio bookings are subject to availability. Reservations can be made via our website or by contacting our booking team directly. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit and a signed agreement (where applicable). Peak hours and dates may be subject to higher rates, which will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

• Advance Booking: We recommend booking well in advance, especially for weekend slots or extended periods, to secure your preferred date and time.
• Booking Duration: Bookings are confirmed for specific time slots. Please adhere to your scheduled start and end times to avoid additional charges and to ensure smooth transitions for subsequent bookings.
• On-Site Staff: Depending on the package chosen, our on-site staff may be available to assist with setup, equipment, or general inquiries. Their availability and scope of assistance will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of your rental, as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may incur interest or lead to cancellation of the booking.

• Deposit: Typically 50% of the total rental fee is required as a deposit.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due at least 7 days prior to the rental date.
• Additional Charges: Any damages, excessive cleaning required, or overtime usage will be billed separately and deducted from your security deposit or charged directly.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, significant notice is required to minimize disruption to our operations and other clients.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, major power outages) that prevent us from providing the booked space, Aurora Studios will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule without penalty. However, we are not responsible for any consequential losses incurred by the client.

4. Studio Usage and Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the care and condition of the studio space and any equipment rented. All activities must be conducted in a manner that respects the studio environment and other users.

• Equipment: Any provided equipment must be handled with care. Clients will be held liable for any damage or loss of equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
• Cleanliness: The studio must be returned in a clean condition, consistent with its state at the beginning of the rental. Excessive mess or damage may incur cleaning fees.
• Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during events or during times when other clients may be using adjacent studios.
• Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all studio spaces. Designated outdoor areas may be available.
• Pets: Pets are generally not allowed in the studio unless prior arrangements have been made and approved in writing. Special cleaning fees may apply.
• Decorations and Modifications: Any decorations or modifications to the studio space must be approved by Aurora Studios management. Permanent alterations are strictly forbidden.
• Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities conducted on the premises will result in immediate termination of the rental and notification to the authorities.

5. Safety and Security

Your safety is paramount. Please observe all safety guidelines provided. Clients are responsible for their own guests and belongings. Aurora Studios is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property that may occur during your rental period, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.

• Guest Conduct: Clients are responsible for ensuring their guests adhere to all studio rules and regulations.
• Security: While we maintain security measures, clients should take reasonable precautions to safeguard their equipment and personal belongings.
• Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. In case of an emergency, contact studio staff immediately.

6. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Clients retain all rights to the content they create within Aurora Studios. However, Aurora Studios reserves the right to use images or footage captured in our studios for promotional purposes, provided prior written consent is obtained or if such use is explicitly permitted in a separate agreement.

• Content Creation: All content created by the client is the sole intellectual property of the client.
• Studio Promotion: Aurora Studios may request permission to feature client work in its portfolio, website, or social media channels.

7. Insurance

While we strive to provide a safe environment, it is highly recommended that clients obtain their own liability and equipment insurance for their productions. Aurora Studios may require proof of insurance for certain types of bookings or high-value productions.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Fictional Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
